Hezbollah claims series of attacks on Israeli military targets
Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for a series of attacks on Israeli military targets, including a drone attack on a military site near the northeastern Israeli settlement of Manara, which it said "killed and injured" Israeli soldiers.
The Lebanese group also said its fighters launched a "military salvo" at Israeli forces at the Fatima Gate, a former border crossing between Lebanon and Israel.
In its latest statement, Hezbollah said it had fired a "large military salvo" towards the Zevulun military-industrial base, located north of Haifa.
The Israeli military said in a statement that 75 rockets had been launched towards northern Israel, with some intercepted. Others struck the region, including one that struck the northern town of Tamra, injuring three people, according to Israeli media.
