Macron calls for halt in arms sales to Israel

French President Emmanuel Macron has called for a halt in weapons deliveries to Israel.

Speaking to broadcaster France Inter, he said "the priority" is to "stop delivering weapons to fight in Gaza”, adding that France had already suspended its arms shipments to Israel.
