Netanyahu considers plan to starve northern Gaza's civilians

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is reportedly weighing a plan to halt aid to the northern Gaza Strip, according to the Associated Press.

If implemented, the plan could intensify the siege on hundreds of thousands of Palestinians and effectively starve people who are either unwilling or unable to leave the area.

Under the proposed plan, civilians who remain in northern Gaza would be classified as combatants, allowing Israeli troops to kill them.

According to a copy of the plan obtained by the Associated Press, they would be denied access to food, water, medicine, and fuel.
