Footage emerged on Tuesday of Turkish police shooting at a cameraman in the Kurdish-majority city of Yüksekova.
At around 1:39, the footage, posted on YouTube by a local news organisation, appears to show a police officer standing on a bridge turning and pointing his gun at the camera and firing.
Turkey has often been criticised by media freedom organisations for its treatment of journalists.
Journalists have often been imprisoned in Turkey after being alleged to be sympathisers for outlawed organisations including the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).
