Netanyahu warns Macron that arms embargo on Israel will benefit Iran

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with French President Emmanuel Macron by phone on Sunday, warning that imposing embargoes on Israel would benefit Iran and its proxies, according to a statement from Netanyahu's office.

"The prime minister emphasized that Israel's actions against Hezbollah create an opportunity to change the reality in Lebanon, leading to greater stability, security, and peace across the region," the statement added.
