Video: Emergency crews try to pull lifeless body from rubble in al-Shati camp

Harrowing images have emerged from the Israeli air strike on al-Shati refugee camp in Gaza, where people are digging through the rubble with their bare hands in search of their loved ones.

In a video shared by journalist Hossam Shabat, the few available first responders can be seen attempting to pull a lifeless body by the legs from beneath the collapsed structure at Asma school.

At least nine people have been killed, including an 8-year-old child, the Palestinian Civil Defence said.
