Biden reportedly calls Netanyahu a 'bad fucking guy': CNN

CNN reported that US President Joe Biden expressed growing frustration with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as revealed in a new book by veteran journalist Bob Woodward.

According to the book, earlier this year Biden referred to Netanyahu privately, saying, "That son of a bitch, Bibi Netanyahu, he's a bad guy. He's a bad fucking guy!"

During an April phone call, Biden asked Netanyahu, "What's your strategy, man?" Netanyahu responded, "We have to go into Rafah." Biden, unimpressed, replied, "Bibi, you've got no strategy."

In private discussions with his advisors, Biden voiced concern about Netanyahu's actions: "I know he's going to do something, but the way I limit it is tell him to 'do nothing.'" 

After Israel moved into Rafah, Biden reportedly said, "He's a fucking liar." By July, his irritation had reached new heights when an Israeli air strike killed a top Hezbollah commander and three civilians in Beirut. "Bibi, what the fuck?" Biden allegedly yelled.

Biden also confronted Netanyahu, saying, "The perception of Israel around the world increasingly is that you're a rogue state, a rogue actor."

Netanyahu defended the strike, saying the target was "one of the leading terrorists", and added, "The harder you hit, the more successful you're going to be in the negotiation."
