Biden says Israel should consider alternatives to strikes on Iran oil facilities

US President Joe Biden said that if he were in Israel's shoes, he would consider alternatives to attacks on Iran's oil facilities, a day after saying that the US and Israel had discussed them as targets.
Biden said he understands that Israel has not yet concluded how to respond to Iran's attack on Tuesday.
He said the US was working with regional allies to "tamp this down".
