Hezbollah chief postpones speech

Hezbollah cheif Naim Qassem has postponed a speech set for Tuesday to a later time, Hezbollah's media office said.

The speech had been announced minutes after US envoy Amos Hochstein said there was a "real opportunity" to end the Israeli war on Lebanon.
