Israel strikes Beirut's southern suburbs minutes after Hezbollah deputy speech

The Israeli army fired at least two air strikes on Beirut's southern suburbs on midday on Tuesday, which nearly hit a bridge that leads to Beirut's airport.

The strikes came minutes after the end of a recorded televised speech by Hezbollah deputy leader Naim Qassem, where he reiterated his group's commitment to continue the fight against Israel.
