Patients at Kamal Adwan 'dying daily' from lack of supplies, doctor says

An increasing number of malnutrition cases is arriving at the war-battered Kamal Adwan hospital in northern Gaza due to the ongoing famine, the hospital's director has said.

Speaking to Al Jazeera, Dr Hussam Abu Safiya said most patients are children and the elderly, who face a life-threatening shortage of medication and worsening conditions.

"Wounded patients are dying daily at the hospital due to a severe lack of doctors and medical supplies," he said.
