US won't launch independent probe into aid worker deaths, White House says

The United States does not intend to carry out an independent investigation into the deaths of seven World Central Kitchen humanitarian staff, John Kirby, the spokesperson for White House national security, said on Friday.

Kirby told the press that during their phone conversation on Thursday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu provided President Joe Biden with an overview of Israel's investigation findings regarding the incident.
