This week David Cameron set out his strategy to fight extremism in the United Kingdom. It is a battle against Islamism that Cameron said is the "struggle of our generation". But is the prime minister in danger of stigmatising an entire community? Is it plausible that British foreign policy has contributed nothing to the rise of extremism? And under Cameron's strategy, will teachers be forced to spy on their students for signs of radicalisation?

Charles B Anthony put all these questions to journalist and broadcaster Myriam Francois Cerrah, who also tried to answer the eternal question of how best to define British values.
