Israel-Palestine war: Disabled man among two Palestinians killed in West Bank by Israeli raids
Israeli forces carried out multiple raids across the occupied West Bank on Sunday morning, killing at least two Palestinians.
Issam al-Fayed, 45, a disabled Palestinian man, was killed after being shot by Israeli forces during a raid on Jenin that has been described by residents as the largest in the city since 7 October.
The Palestinian Red Crescent said its medical teams had received Fayed before transferring him to Jenin Government Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
In Bethlehem, another Palestinian was shot and killed by Israeli forces in the Dheisheh refugee camp.
Wafa news agency identified the man as Omar Ali al-Laham, who was shot in the head during an overnight Israeli raid on the camp.

Israeli forces had denied medics from approaching Laham, according to Wafa, before he succumbed to his wounds.
Several other Palestinians were wounded by Israeli live bullets on Saturday during raids in Jenin, Tubas, Nablus, Tammoun, and the Qalandia and Balata refugee camps.
On Saturday, five fighters belonging to the Fatah movement were killed during an Israeli air strike on the Balata camp.
More than 200 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank have been killed since war broke out between Israel and Palestinian groups in Gaza six weeks ago.

Elsewhere, Palestinian detainee Thaer Sameeh Abu Asab, 38, died suddenly in a prison in the Negev region, the Palestinian Committee for Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs said on Saturday night.
Abu Asab, who is from the city of Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank, had been detained by Israeli authorities since May 2005.
The prisoners' committee said in a statement that Israel was carrying out "targeted assassinations against detainees with premeditation". Six detainees have died since the war began.
At least 12,300 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli bombardment in Gaza, the vast majority of whom are children and women.
The bombing campaign started on 7 October, after Hamas' surprise attack on southern Israel, which resulted in about 1,200 people dead. Around 240 Israelis were also taken to Gaza as captives.
