An explosion has ripped through a house in the southern Gaza Strip on Thursday killing five people and wounded 25 others, MEE's Gaza correspondent, Mohammed Omer, reports.
Omer, who was close to the blast, told MEE that it was caused by an Israeli explosive left after last summer's war on the Gaza Strip.
Immediately after the bombing, Gaza health ministry spokesperson said two men in their 20s were killed and 20 other were injured inside the house in Al-Shabura refugee camp near Rafah.
But Omer says five people have now died and 25 others are being treated for injuries.
