Israeli troops deployed on Egypt border after army patrol attacked

Anadolu Agency is reporting that the Israeli army has begun deploying troops on the Israel-Egypt border after an army patrol came under fire.
Two Israeli soldiers were reported to be injured according to Haaretz.
The source of the gunfire is unknown at present.
