Abdelrahman el-Trabely took part in the London Olympics representing Egypt

Abdelrahman el-Trabely was aged 22 when he took part in the London Olympics representing Egypt. He was a Greco-Roman wrestler and competed in the Mens 120kg class.
In 2013, following the deadly dispersal of the Rabaa sit-in in Cairo, el-Trabely attended a funeral in Port Said of one of the victims who was killed in the dispersal. Security forces attacked the funeral and 5 were killed including the athlete el-Trabely.
