A video of a 17-year-old Syrian refugee taking his puppy Rose all the way to Europe on foot has gone viral. The video captured by UNHCR has had more than a million views in less than 24 hours and is still going strong.
In it, 17-year-old Aslan says he has already carried his Huskie puppy for some 500 kilometres to reach the Greek island of Lesbos. He has made the journey with only a small bag and Rose's carrier. She even has a pet passport to show authorities that she has had all her vaccinations.
