West Bank: Israeli forces kill Palestinian and wound 16 during raid in Jenin
A Palestinian man was killed and 16 people wounded on Tuesday when Israeli troops entered Jenin in the occupied West Bank to carry out a home demolition, the Palestinian health ministry said.
"The outcome of the Israeli aggression on Jenin at dawn today: a 29-year-old martyr and 16 wounded with bullets and shrapnel were admitted to hospitals," the ministry said.
Palestinian official news agency Wafa said the ministry had identified the dead man as Mohammad Musa Saba'na, 29.
Jenin resident Uday Naaseh told Reuters he was standing in the street near Saba'na when he was shot, while filming the Israeli forces on his mobile phone.
"He was filming on the motorcycle and he fell down to the ground. They shot him," he said.

There was no immediate response from the Israeli military.
Earlier, columns of Israeli military vehicles, along with a bulldozer, had entered Jenin under heavy fire, witnesses told Reuters, and sounds of gunshots echoed across the streets as loudspeakers called upon residents to confront the Israeli forces.
Israeli forces closed off all entrances, while breaking into several neighbourhoods, Wafa reported.
The soldiers surrounded a building comprising of 29 apartments and forced its residents out before proceeding to demolish and explode an apartment belonging to the family of Raad Hazem, the news agency said.
Hazem is alleged to have killed three Israelis in a shooting spree in Tel Aviv's busy Dizengoff Street nightlife district on 7 April, before being shot dead after a massive manhunt.
His father Fathi Hazem and brother Hamam are both wanted by Israel.
Human rights activists say Israel's policy of demolishing the homes of suspected attackers amounts to collective punishment.
The army has been conducting near-daily raids in the West Bank since the start of the year during which around 100 Palestinians have been killed, according to the Palestinian health ministry.
On Monday, Israeli armed forces chief Lieutenant General Aviv Kohavi said the Palestinian Authority of President Mahmoud Abbas was "unable" to control certain areas of the West Bank.
