Hamas says fighters killed 10 soldiers in Shujaiya ambush

The armed wing of Hamas said its fighters killed 10 Israeli soldiers in an ambush on Thursday in Shujaiya.
The ambush took place on Nazzar Street in the east Gaza City neighbourhood, according to the al-Qassam Brigades.
A building with soldiers inside was struck with the TBG shoulder-fired missile before it was attacked by Palestinian fighters who engaged the Israelis in close-quarter combat.
The building was later bombed by Hamas fighters using an explosive device, the statement added.
