Israeli forces injure five Palestinians in Hebron raid

Israeli forces have injured five Palestinian civilians with live ammunition during a military raid in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, Wafa news agency is reporting.

Israeli forces stormed the town and opened fire on civilians, leaving a woman with shrapnel injures to her hand and four young men wounded in their lower limbs, the agency said citing local sources.

They were rushed to hospital for treatment.

Dozens more suffered from tear gas inhalation but were treated on site.
