Israel continues killing, displacement of Palestinians in occupied West Bank: UN

From 7 October, a total of 563 Palestinians have been killed in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem by Israeli forces or armed Israeli settlers, according to the UN.

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reports that Israeli forces have killed 548 Palestinians since October, while Israeli settlers have killed 10. In seven cases, it is unclear whether the perpetrators were soldiers or settlers.

During this period, OCHA has documented 1,143 attacks by Israeli settlers on local Palestinians.

Additionally, Israeli authorities have demolished or forced the demolition of 1,247 Palestinian-owned structures in the occupied West Bank, including 481 homes, leading to the displacement of 2,836 Palestinians, including 1,245 children.
