Iraq drone attack is the first of its kind since 7 October, says Israeli army radio

Israel's military radio said the drone attack that killed two Israeli soldiers and wounded 24 others is the first by Iraqi groups to cause Israeli casualties since the beginning of the war a year ago. 

An Israeli army probe concluded that two explosive-laden drones were launched from Iraq in the attack on Tuesday, one was shot down by air defences and the second hit an army base in the northern Golan Heights.
