Rami Malek made academy award history on Sunday night when he became the first Egyptian-American to win the coveted 'Best Actor' Emmy Award for his protagonist role in the hit TV series Mr Robot.
Malek, who plays the on-screen character Elliot Anderson - a socially-awkward, depressed vigilante hacker - was sure to highlight mental health in his acceptance speech.
The actor also became the first non-white winner of the prestigious award in 18 years, beating House of Cards heavyweight Kevin Spacey to the prize.
