Eight-year-old Mohammed Sha’bann was shopping for Eid clothes on May 10 when Jabalia market was hit by an Israeli airstrike and shrapnel from the explosion hit him in the face and blinded him.
Doctors in Gaza have been treating Mohammed since his injury but last week his family was told he would not be able to see again.
His family are now trying to help him adjust.
