A rally in support of sub-Saharan migrants in Tunisia was held in front of the Embassy of Tunisia in Paris on Friday. Demonstrators held banners and chanted slogans in support of the migrants and against the Tunisian government's racist policies.
Racist attacks on African migrants have increased in Tunisia since President Kais Saied ordered the expulsion of undocumented migrants from the country on Tuesday, saying that immigration was a plot aimed at changing his country’s demographic composition.
