Gaza has had a significant impact on the UK elections.

Despite a resounding Labour victory, the party suffered deep cuts in a number of key seats - thanks to an organised and angry British Muslim voter base that sought to send a clear message.

Five independent candidates campaigning on Pro-Palestine platforms managed to overturn Labour majorities - including former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.

In 32 seats with more than a 20% Muslim constituency, Labour lost on average 24% of its support.
