Western pilgrims left without rooms before Hajj pilgrimage

Western pilgrims travelling to Mecca for the Hajj pilgrimage say they have been left without rooms. Pilgrims who used the Saudi-backed Motawif portal posted footage on social media which appears to show people waiting for hours in hotel lobbies.
