Dozens of protesters demonstrated outside 10 Downing Street against British Prime Minister David Cameron's reception of Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi.
At least one protester was arrested after lying down in the street, blocking the entrance to the prime minister's residence. The protester was wearing red, symbolising the uniform that prisoners sentenced to death in Egypt wear.
Sisi is in London for an official trade and security visit. During the press conference, Sisi stated that the visit "clearly reflects strong relations between the two countries".
