One year of Russian air strikes in Syria has killed 3,804 civilians, including 906 children, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights

Bunker busters and internationally prohibited incendiary weapons, such as white phosphorus, have been reportedly used in Russian pro-government air strikes, sparking an outcry from the UN Human Rights chief Zeid Ra'ad al Hussein.

In the UN's strongest condemnation yet, High Commissioner al-Hussein slammed the Syrian government and its allies for alleged "war crimes and crimes against humanity."
