Jenin raid death toll rises to seven

The death toll in Jenin has risen to seven Palestinians killed in a raid by Israeli forces on the occupied West Bank city, according to the Palestinian health ministry.

The Jenin Government Hospital reported that 19-year-old Asaad Ahmed Hashah was the latest body to arrive.

The identity of the sixth fatality is still unknown. Earlier, the Ministry identified the five other men killed as Ahmad al-Amouri, 20, Qusaid Hazur, 23, Fuad Ashkar, 25, Yasin Aridi, 30, and Mohamed Jabbarin, 54.

The Popular Resistance Committees (PRC), an alliance of armed factions in Gaza, issued a statement earlier today condemning the killings and pledging that Israeli forces would "pay the price for their escalating crimes, and these crimes will be faced with a qualitative and quantitative escalation, regardless of the sacrifices”.
