Pogba has previously shown his support for Palestine following Manchester United’s final home game, where he raised the Palestinian flag after Israel’s 11-day bombardment of Gaza in May 2021, which left at least 256 Palestinians dead.

Other celebrities showed solidarity with Palestine after Israel’s operation last year, including model Bella Hadid, actor Mark Ruffalo, singer and songwriter The Weeknd, and Egyptian professional footballer Mohamed Elneny.

The latest Israeli bombardment in the Gaza Strip lasted for three days, leaving 48 Palestinians killed, including 17 children.
