Film: Egypt's Lost Power

Watch the Al Jazeera Investigative Unit's documentary based on secret documents that show corrupt gas deals between Egyptians and Israelis

Middle East Eye's #GasScam series published on Monday, which shows the corrupt deals reached between Egyptian and Israeli intelligence figures over Egypt's natural gas, were based in part on secret documents obtained by Al Jazeera. 

Egypt's Lost Power, a new documentary by the Al Jazeera's Investigative Unit which also airs Monday and can also be watched here, explores the corrupt deal that plunged Egypt into an energy crisis and now leave it facing dependency on Israel.
