Denis Scopas is a South Sudanese journalist who has worked in the country for nine years for a variety of news outlets, including Reuters. He is working on a master's degree in Security and Strategic Studies at the University of Juba, and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Kampala University. Previously, he obtained a certificate in mass communication & journalism in Egypt and Kenya.
