Algeria buries remains of anti-colonial fighters repatriated from France

Alegria has buried the remains of 24 anti-colonial fighters that were repatriated from France last week.

The resistance fighters were decapitated by French forces in the 19th century and their skulls were taken back to France as ‘war trophies’
