Egypt: Authorities confirm detaining opposition activist following emergency landing in Luxor

Egypt’s interior ministry confirmed the detaining of an opposition activist who was arrested off a plane after an emergency landing in Luxor. Hossam Sallam was travelling from Sudan to Turkey.
