Government shelling at market kills 15 civilians in northern Syria

At least 15 civilians, including five children, have been killed in a government attack that hit a busy market in the Turkish-controlled Syrian city of Al-Bab.

The attack comes days after Turkish air strikes killed 17 people at a military post located between Syrian government forces and US-backed Kurdish fighters near the Syrian-Turkish border
