Bilgehan Ozturk is a foreign policy researcher at SETA Foundation. His research interests include Turkish foreign and security policies in the MENA region, non-state armed actors, civil war, countering violent extremism, and Turkish-Russian relations. He is the co-author of the report ‘Countering Violent Extremism in Libya’.
