Four Palestinians, including a 16-year old, were shot dead by undercover Israeli forces in a daylight raid on the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
The Israeli army said it had “neutralised” two suspected militants who were identified as Nidal Khazem, 28, and Youssef Shreim, 29. Thousands of mourners took part in their funeral procession.
Deadly Israeli raids on West Bank cities have intensified in recent months. More than 80 Palestinians have been killed in raids since the start of the year.
